History & Structure of the Dark Matter Association
The Dark Matter Association was founded at the initiative of an international corporation that has spent decades investing in fundamental science and applied research. In addition to directly funding groundbreaking innovations, the corporation actively supported scientific institutions, research centers, and cross-disciplinary programs, ranging from quantum systems to neurocognitive studies.

Recognizing that significant discoveries require independent expertise, the corporation spearheaded the creation of the Dark Matter Association, a global platform uniting the world's leading scientists.

The management of scientific projects was entrusted to the Dark Matter Association International Strategic Expert Council formed in part from specialists who had previously participated in the corporation’s research. The Council comprises leading experts in fields such as:

The Dark Matter Association International Strategic Expert Council is the key body tasked with defining strategic directions for the future development of global science.

The Council comprises the world's leading scientists whose collaborative efforts are dedicated to identifying priority research areas capable of serving as drivers of civilizational progress. The Council focuses on establishing the trajectory for the evolution of future science.

To ensure security of current research, the names of Council members are temporarily undisclosed.

Currently, the Association operates as a dynamic, open-format scientific community. The Association’s Scientific Council, responsible for strategic development, intends to complete its formation process by 2030 and publicly announce its membership roster.

The Dark Matter Association’s independent stance is defined by its capacity to operate autonomously, guided solely by its mission, philosophy, and core research priorities — free from external influence or pressure from commercial, political, or other vested interests.
